So, after 63 looong days, I have finally finished the insanity workouts. Not so sure I look all that different, maybe a little more toned, but sure as heck not like the girls on the infomercials! Oh well. If you like intense cardio workouts with a lot of push-ups, then I suggest you try insanity. If not, stick to running or whatever you may do. Like I'm going back to running on my treadmill while watching dvr starting tomorrow. Much more fun for me. But I'm glad I can say I finished the whole Insanity workout!
